The Dean’s Strategic Plan for the College of Education for Pure Sciences
The College is committed to applying recognized standards of quality and accreditation. It updates its curricula annually to align with labor market requirements and continues to improve laboratories and classrooms in accordance with the Bologna Process.
In the field of research, the College prioritizes publication in prestigious international journals, the advancement of research laboratories, and active collaboration with ministries and universities—both locally and globally—to address pressing societal challenges.
Managing human resources is a central concern. Training programs, the expertise of returning scholars, enhanced administrative communication, and the optimal allocation of staff all contribute to creating a more effective and supportive academic environment.
From a financial perspective, the College is pursuing sustainability through the establishment of a central laboratory as a steady source of resources. It also seeks to expand evening study programs and increase postgraduate admissions on a self-funded basis.
International relations and community service remain vital pillars. The College provides specialized consultancy through dedicated offices, hosts conferences and workshops, publishes scientific outputs, and integrates the Sustainable Development Goals into its academic and research activities.
