The Dean’s Strategic Plan for the College of Physical Education and Sports Sciences

The College is committed to modernizing curricula and teaching methods, providing continuous training for faculty members, and achieving academic accreditation through regular program evaluation and stronger alignment with labor market needs.

In research, the College aims to enhance the quality of scientific output, foster innovation and patents, equip advanced laboratories, and promote collaboration with the sports sector as well as international institutions.

Faculty and staff development also remain a priority. Efforts include continuous training, building a comprehensive human resources database, and applying effective evaluation systems that strengthen professional belonging and motivation.

From a financial perspective, the College seeks to diversify its sources of revenue, improve spending efficiency, and reinforce transparency in financial management.

Equally important are international partnerships and community engagement. Through targeted programs and activities, and by embedding the principles of sustainable development into teaching, research, and campus practices, the College continues to expand its role as both a center of knowledge and a driver of social progress.
