on Thursday, 25 September, 2025, the Quality Assurance and University Performance in the Presidency of Mosul University held a training workshop titled “A Detailed Explanation of the Process of Writing and Preparing the Self-Assessment Report for the University of Mosul Laboratories According to Iraqi Standards for Laboratory Quality.”

The lectures of the course presented by :
⦁ Prof. Dr. Noha Salim Mohammed Ali- the Director of the Quality Assurance and University Performance Department.
⦁ Assistant Prof. Mohammed Sameer- Accreditation File Coordinator.
⦁ Assistant Lecturer Haneen Ali Hussein – Laboratory Unit Coordinator.

The workshop aimed to enhance the laboratory staff’s abilities in preparing accurate and comprehensive self-assessment reports in line with the latest national standards, in addition to promoting a culture of proper academic documentation and improving internal monitoring and evaluation mechanisms.

The organizers emphasized that this step is a direct support for university’s efforts to obtain academic accreditation and the continuation of improving the research and scientific work environment in its laboratories, that reflects the commitment of Mosul University in the quality standards and scientific rigor
