The Department of Administrative and Financial Affairs Organizes a Workshop on the Mechanisms for Calculating Annual Allowances

 

As part of the University of Mosul’s organizational efforts to develop administrative performance and financial services provided to its staff, the Department of Administrative and Financial Affairs at the University Presidency, through the Committee and Unit for Calculating Annual Allowances, organized a training workshop on Sunday, October 26, 2025, on the mechanisms for calculating annual allowances for university employees.

The workshop was conducted by Mr. Ahmed Hani, Assistant Director of the Department, and was attended by the directors and heads of human resources departments in the university’s colleges and centers.
The workshop included a detailed presentation of the most important instructions and regulations adopted in the calculation process, as well as a discussion of the challenges facing the work of the relevant committees and ways to address them through direct inquiry and reference to applicable laws and regulations.

This workshop aims to regulate the employment and financial entitlements of university staff accurately and transparently, thus contributing to improving the efficiency of administrative and financial work and enhancing the university’s progress in building a robust institutional system that serves its employees and elevates its performance.
