Assistant Professor Dr. Rafal Hasan Hamed, the Administrative Assistant to the President of Mosul University, held an important meeting on Thursday, November 20, 2025, with the heads of divisions and units from the Administrative Affairs Department, in the presence of the Director of the Administrative Affairs Department, the Director of Finance, and the Director of Internal Auditing and Control at the University Presidency.

The meeting involved a comprehensive discussion of the key challenges and obstacles facing the administrative work of the divisions and units, with a focus on finding practical and swift solutions to ensure smooth performance and quality. The agenda also included a review of maintenance work across the campus, exploring ways to expedite related procedures, aiming to provide a safe and integrated work and study environment for both students and staff.
