The Dean’s Strategic Plan for the College of Arts

The College is actively working to advance its curricula by introducing new specializations and updating course content on an annual basis. It is also pursuing institutional accreditation while implementing comprehensive quality assurance systems.

In the field of scientific research, a portion of the College’s budget has been allocated to support publication in reputable journals, enhance laboratory facilities, and establish specialized research centers.

Faculty and staff development remains a cornerstone of its mission. This is achieved through continuous training, academic exchange programs, and initiatives designed to prepare both employees and students for professional excellence.

On the financial side, the College is committed to diversifying its income. It does so through continuing education, evening study programs, and scientific consultancy services in collaboration with the private sector.

Equally significant is its role in international cooperation and community service. Through advisory and employment programs, and by integrating the Sustainable Development Goals into its academic and research activities, the College reinforces its position as a dynamic institution with a global outlook and local impact.
