The Dean’s Strategic Plan for the College of Engineering

The College is striving to secure program accreditation for all its departments and to achieve advanced standing in the national ranking by continuously updating its curricula and academic programs.

In scientific research, the College emphasizes publication in Q1 and Q2 journals, the establishment of specialized laboratories such as the Engineering Innovation Lab and Artificial Intelligence Lab, and stronger collaboration with universities and institutions.

Faculty and staff development is pursued through specialized workshops and training courses, incentives for both academic and administrative performance, and the completion of comprehensive automation processes.

From a financial perspective, the College seeks to diversify its resources by expanding evening study programs, establishing cafeterias, and offering specialized testing and consultancy services.

Community engagement and sustainable initiatives are also at the heart of its mission. The College contributes through engineering projects that address local challenges, supports applied research, and adopts environmentally friendly practices aligned with the Sustainable Development Goals.
