The Dean’s Strategic Plan for the College of Tourism Sciences

The College is working to modernize its curricula in alignment with labor market needs, with a strong focus on practical training, the adoption of e-learning, and preparations for integration into the Bologna Process.

In research, the College emphasizes publication in reputable international indexing databases, supports innovative and applied ideas, and establishes research groups to advance the skills and expertise of its faculty.

Faculty and staff development is also a priority, with continuous workshops and training programs conducted in collaboration with local and international institutions.

From a financial perspective, the College seeks to strengthen resources through partnerships with the private sector, the introduction of evening study programs, and the commercialization of marketable research.

The College also supports international relations and community engagement while embedding sustainability concepts into both curricula and research. Looking ahead, it plans to launch a Department of Travel and Aviation Services, further expanding its academic and professional horizons.
