The Dryland and Conservation Agriculture Research Center at the University of Mosul continues its participation in climate change awareness campaigns.

On Wednesday, December 3, 2025, Professor Dr. Salem Hammadi Antar (Head of the Fields Department at the Dryland and Conservation Agriculture Research Center) participated in awareness campaigns organized by the United Nations World Food Programme in the Tal Afar district, as part of the “Community-Inspired Voices to Address Climate Change” project.

This participation comes within the framework of institutional cooperation between the Center and international organizations, and in pursuit of the Sustainable Development Goals, particularly Goal 4 (Quality Education), by providing advanced educational tools that contribute to raising community awareness and enhancing individuals’ capabilities to face the challenges of climate change.
