In a scene reflecting a spirit of commitment and responsibility, the representative of the Human Rights Division at the AFCAR Center (Agr. Eng. Iman Akram Abdulhakim) was honored with a certificate of appreciation from the Diwan of Nineveh Governorate / Office of the First Deputy Governor, in recognition of her outstanding institutional efforts and active contributions to serving the public good.
