Center Structure

The letter from the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research / Research and Development Department / Secretariat Division of the Scientific Research also included the approval of the center’s structure, which consists of four departments and two divisions with their respective units, as follows:

Scientific Departments in the Center:

  • Agronomy Department: Includes the Productive Fields Committee.
  • Genetic Resources Department: Includes the Annual Inventory and Warehousing Committee.
  • Human Resources Development Department: Includes the Government Communication and Media Committee; and Quality Assurance and Performance Evaluation Committee.
  • Department of Agricultural Mechanization Technologies: Includes the machinery Maintenance Committee.

Divisions and Committees:

  • Administrative and Financial Affairs Division
  • Scientific Affairs Division

Additional Committees related directly with the Director of the Center:

  • Administrative and Technical Follow-up Committee
