Center for Arid Farming and Conservation Agriculture Research`s

  On Tuesday, September 23, 2025, the Quality Assurance Committee at the Center for Arid Farming and Conservation Agriculture Research’s (C.AFCAR) organized a scientific lecture titled “Performance Evaluation of the Administrative and Research Staff in the Centers for the Academic Year 2024–2025.” The lecture covered several topics, including the performance evaluation form for researchers, which encompassed various aspects, most notably professional training and development, strengths and weaknesses in administrative performance, and mechanisms for improving the quality of work in research and service centers.

   The lecture aimed to promote a culture of evaluation based on scientific indicators and to develop the performance of administrative staff in line with the requirements of quality and institutional accreditation. The lecture was presented by Mr. Nawaf Jassim Mohammed, Mr. Abbas Ali Ahmed, Mr. Thakir Jassim Mohammed and Agri. Eng. Abdullah Najmaldeen. This lecture matched within the objectives of Sustainable Development Goal 4 (Quality Education) and Goal 17 (Partnerships for the Goals).
