A tour through the Administrative and Financial Division of the Center for Arid Farming and Conservation Agriculture Research’s (C.AFCAR) at the University of Mosul.
On Tuesday, October 14, 2025, the media team of the AFCAR Center toured the Administrative and Financial Division to observe the workflow.The Administrative and Financial Division at the Center comprises several units: (Incoming & Outgoing Mail, Personal Files, Staffing, Retirement, and Electronic Archiving). The division is currently coordinating with the presidency of the University of Mosul in preparation for the current 2025-2026 academic year. This involves preparing and organizing all administrative and financial matters for the Center. Key tasks include managing outgoing and incoming correspondence, electronic archiving, organizing the process of replacing Uni-access permission for researcher and staff of all types, maintaining personal files, and handling all other administrative duties. This is alongside managing financial matters such as salaries, incentives, promotions, and special allowances for the Center’s affiliates.
