The Center for Arid Farming and Conservation Agriculture Research received a specialized team from the Agricultural Division at Department of Diwan Affairs on Monday, 21 September 2026, comprising Agricultural Engineers Sura Tariq Majeed, Mushtaq Thaer Ahmed, and Mohammed Khorshid Thunoon, to supervise maintenance and landscaping activities in the green spaces and gardens at the Center’s frontage.

  The activities included removing weeds and unwanted vegetation from the Center’s front gardens, contributing to maintaining clean and well-organized green spaces and enhancing the aesthetic appearance of the Center’s frontage and surroundings.

  These activities reflect the Center’s ongoing commitment to maintaining its surrounding environment, enhancing the appearance of scientific institutions, and ensuring the continued care of gardens and green spaces.

  The Center for Arid Farming and Conservation Agriculture Research expressed its appreciation for the efforts of the specialized agricultural team, commending the cooperation of the Agricultural Division and the Department of Diwan Affairs and their commitment to supporting agricultural and service activities that contribute to enhancing the environment surrounding the Center.
