AFCAR Center, in cooperation with the Department of Studies and Planning / Sustainable Development Unit at the Presidency of the University of Mosul, held on Monday, September 28, 2026, a workshop titled: “Mechanism for Evaluating the Researchers at the UniCenters According to the Instructions, Regulations, and Forms of the Academic Year 2025–2026.” The workshop was delivered by Asst. Prof. Dr. Adnan Abd Ahmed, Assistant Lecturer Ammar Habib Mahmood, and Engineer Mohammed Salah Idris, with the aim of introducing the approved mechanisms for evaluating researchers’ performance and highlighting the instructions, regulations, and forms related to the evaluation process.

  The workshop included a detailed explanation of the requirements and mechanisms for evaluating researchers and the mechanism for approving the required forms and documents, in addition to clarifying the most prominent criteria and instructions approved for the academic year 2025–2026.

  Holding this workshop comes within the framework of AFCAR Center’s keenness to develop research and administrative performance, enhance the quality of academic and research work, and support researchers in meeting the evaluation requirements in accordance with approved frameworks and instructions.

  The lectures of this workshop are consistent with the Sustainable Development Goals, including: Goal 4 (Quality Education), Goal 8 (Decent Work and Economic Growth), Goal 9 (Industry, Innovation and Infrastructure), Goal 12 (Responsible Consumption and Production), Goal 13 (Climate Action), and Goal 17 (Partnerships for the Goals).
