Discussion sessions
A panel discussion is a gathering of people to discuss a topic in front of an audience. These discussions are typically held at scientific, business, or academic conferences, as well as on television programs. The size of the group and its seating arrangement should allow for as many members as possible to sit facing each other. The group should be informed that the goal of the meeting is to generate ideas or solutions, and members should be encouraged to listen attentively to one another. A key element in maximizing audience engagement is selecting a topic that aligns with their needs, interests, and objectives.
We will document all panel discussions held at the Dryland and Conservation Agriculture Research Center on this page.
