Prof. Dr. Qusay Kamaladdin Al-Ahmedy, Rector of University of Mosul, accompanied by Dean of the College of Archaeology and the director of Mosul Civilization Museum receive Prof. Stefan Maul, representative of the German University of Heidelberg in the rectorate office, today September 29 2019.During the meeting, they discussed the ways of activating the cooperation in the scientific and research domains between the two universities in the field of the archaeological excavations, opening the horizons for the exchange of experiences, preparing training programs for the students of archaeology of University of Mosul to enable them to make use of the latest technology in the field of excavations and how to maintain antiques, and carrying out international projects that internationally highlight University of Mosul within the programs of partnership between the two universities in a way that serves the civilizational legacy of the city.
