Rector Qusay Al-Ahmedy received both, Dr. Omar Nuhad Al-Mosulli, media figure and academic at the American University in the UAE and Dr. Fa’iq Natiq Mohammed Ali Al-Hamtani, media figure and academic at Al-Imam Al-Aadham College of Mosul, in his office on December 19, 2020. In their meeting, they discussed the ways of joint cooperation between University of Mosul and Universities of the Arabian Gulf. Also, the discussion included urging on a wider role of academics in the field of media in order to bring University of Mosul to the international spotlight being the most prominent scientific complex and cultural center at Nineveh. Prof. Al-Ahmedy briefed the guests on the progress the University achieved in the scientific, academic and cultural aspects and asserted the University’s seriousness in adopting openness policy towards society shown plainly through the services it presents to Nineveh and all other provinces.
