Prof. Dr. Qusay Al-Suhail, Minister of Iraqi Higher Education and Scientific Research congratulated Iraqi universities for the new 2020 advancing in the Russian Universities Ranking, RUR. He said that this achievement is the result of the efforts the universities exerted in scientific researches and advancing the ways of learning in the higher education. Also, the Minister added that higher education in Iraq has come a long way towards competitiveness and equality with its regional and international peers, emphasizing that the Iraqi universities began to assume their due place within the international serious classifications as due to adopting serious policies that stipulate the presence of scientific and academic serious standards.
