Damages Reparation & Restitution Workshop Jointly With London Ceasefire Center
admin_omar2021-08-30T00:00:00+00:30On August 18th, University of Mosul, in cooperation with Ceasefire Center for Civilians' Rights of London, held a workshop titled (Procedure Guide to Damage Reparation & Restitution for Iraqi Victims according to Act no. 20 issued on 2009 and its Amendments).Attended by Rector Assistant, Munir Salim Taha, Syndicate of Lawyers representative, Ali Abdulmohsin, the Reparations Committee Manager, Mohammed Ahmed Oglah, and other interested people, the workshop aimed to introduce the mechanism and procedures of filing a reparation or restitution petition from step number one up till the end according to the valid rules.
