By the education tour to Netherlands, headed by Rector Kossay Alahmady, the University delegation paid a visit to the Academy and IHE Delft, a pioneering institution in water management and climate change issues, and a number 2 in the UNESCO lists in the domain.Accompanied by ambassador of Iraq to Netherlands, Dr. Hisham al-Alawi, the delegation discussed the ways of developing cooperation and experience exchange in the mutual points of interest.
