Braille Language Day Hailing At College Of Law

The Committee for International Days at the Human Rights Branch of College of Law hailed the Braille Language Day on January 4th, in compliance with the UN’s resolution no. 73/161 on October 2018.
The language, which was invented by the Frenchman, Louis Braille, is dedicated to the blind, deafblind, and other people with sight problems, and is based on finger-sensed dots that are organized in a logical order that make them readable. This way of reading proved helpful to many around the world by virtue of availing it in many languages.
