His Excellency, the Ambassador of Sweden to Iraq, Jonas Lovén paid an official visit to University of Mosul on May 28th, 2022. Rector Kossay Alahmady received the guest, and the two sides discussed the possible ways of initiating research and academic cooperation between the University and the Swedish universities.The guest toured in the University and visited the Central Library, expressing his admiration of the efforts exerted to bring the University back to its due position.
