The Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research laid the foundation stones for several construction projects at the University of Kufa.

During the ceremony, the minister inaugurated the following projects:

The establishment of consulting clinics for the College of Dentistry.

The “Arba’een Houses” project.

The Sayyid Shahid Hassan Nasrallah Hall project.

He emphasized that these new projects aim to support the educational process, strengthen university infrastructure, and provide a conducive academic and research environment for students and faculty.

The minister added that work is ongoing to implement many new construction projects in Iraqi universities, renovate existing facilities, and improve housing for students and faculty members. These efforts are designed to make universities attractive hubs for students, especially international ones, and to enhance their global reputation.
