The Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research announces that the individual involved in the shooting incident at the gate of Al-Israa University is not a student of the university and suffers from a psychological disorder. Legal procedures will follow according to the progress of the investigation.

In this regard, the ministry continues to coordinate with the relevant security authorities to complete the investigation. The public is assured that classes at Al-Israa University have resumed as usual.
