The second conference of Francophone university presidents in the Middle East is continuing for the second consecutive day, with the participation of a number of Egyptian, Jordanian, Lebanese, Palestinian, Sudanese and Syrian universities, in the presence of the Assistant President of the University of Mosul for Scientific Affairs, Prof. Dr. Mounir Salem Taha, representing the President of the University.

The sessions of the second day focused on discussing the next strategy of the Agency of the University of Francophonie (AUF), in addition to discussing the challenges facing French language education in universities. It was also agreed that the third meeting of the conference will be held in Lebanon, within the framework of enhancing academic cooperation between Francophone universities in the region.
