The head of the Parliamentary Higher Education Committee, Prof. Dr. Muzahim Al-Khayyat, congratulated the President of the University of Mosul, Prof. Dr. Wahid Mahmoud Al-Ibrahimi, on the occasion of his assumption of the presidency of the university.

Dr. Al-Khayyat expressed his wishes of success for the university president in performing his duties, praising the role of the University of Mosul in developing the educational and research process, and stressing the importance of strengthening cooperation between academic and legislative institutions to advance the reality of higher education in Iraq
