The University of Mosul Council holds its 11th session for the academic year 2024-2025

Professor Dr. Wahid Mahmoud Al-Ibrahimi, President of the University of Mosul, chaired, on Sunday, February 23, 2025, the 11th session of the University Council meeting for the academic year 2024-2025, in the presence of all members of the Council.

He started by praising the exceptional and distinguished efforts of the university staff and students during the visit of the institutional accreditation team to the faculties and centers of the university and its other service joints during the past week; to complete the administrative and scientific procedures to obtain institutional accreditation.

He stressed the need to continue to develop and strengthen the structure of university education in the faculties of engineering and science in order to obtain programmatic accreditation, and the continuous endeavor of the university colleges to enter the international programs and classifications, and to pay more attention to scientific publishing, and urged everyone to work professionally and choose competencies in managing the administrative positions of all university formations in order to achieve the ultimate goal in serving its scientific, educational and administrative process.

The meeting also discussed a number of different topics and paragraphs included in its agenda.
