Mr. President of the University, Prof. Dr. Wahid Mahmoud Al-Ibrahimi, in accordance with the follow-up and presence of the Governor of Nineveh, Mr. Abdul Qader Al-Dakhil, and after a long time, the University of Mosul Stadium is witnessing the final touches for its official opening.
On this occasion, the President of the University announces the revival of the central graduation ceremony after its scene has been absent from the university since 2004 until now.
This ceremony will be a starting point in restoring the official scene of graduation ceremonies witnessed by graduates.
