In order to avoid the dangers of fires and minimize their effects if they occur, the Civil Defense Division of the Department of Office Affairs at the Presidency of the University of Mosul held a training lecture at the Dry Agriculture and Conservation Research Center on Thursday, February 27, 2025, which was attended by the center’s affiliates, and was delivered by Mr. Sufyan Idris, the Division’s official, and included a theoretical and practical explanation of the work of the firefighters and how to use them and their types, and the most important procedures to be taken when fires occur to minimize their damage and preserve lives and property.
