Prof. Dr. Muzahim Al-Khayat, Chairman of the Parliamentary Higher Education Committee, visited the University of Mosul, where he congratulated Prof. Dr. Wahid Mahmoud Al-Ibrahimi, President of the University, on the occasion of Eid Al-Fitr.
