As part of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research’s support for scientific research as part of the national strategy, the University of Mosul has been listed among the top 11 Iraqi universities that benefit from Clarivate’s global services for scientific publishing through the Web of Science platform.

This support provides access to expanded packages of indexing and citation tools, including specialized databases such as: Science Citation Index Expanded, MEDLINE, Derwent Innovations Index and others, which enhances the university’s academic standing and contributes to raising the quality of scientific research outputs.

This achievement is an important step towards consolidating the University of Mosul’s presence in the global scientific research map.
