The Administrative and Financial Affairs Department at the University of Mosul Presidency organizes a workshop on how to prepare service addition minutes

Following the direct instructions from Prof. Dr. Wahid Mahmoud Al-Ibrahimi, President of the University of Mosul, the Department of Administrative and Financial Affairs in the Presidency of the University of Mosul held a workshop on Monday, April 14, 2025, on adding the contract service and other miscellaneous services, which was held by the Military Service, Contract and Miscellaneous Committee, under the supervision of Dr. Mohammed Hazem Al-Ghazali, Director of the Department of Administrative and Financial Affairs, at the University of Mosul.
The workshop was attended by the Assistant Director of the Department, Mr. Ahmed Hani, the human resources managers in the colleges and departments of the presidency, and the employees working in adding the service.
During the workshop, a thorough explanation was given on how to prepare the minutes of adding the contract service, military, civil, journalistic, engineering and all other services. The priorities required in the addition process, in order to ensure the rights of employees and facilitate the process for a correct process free of pitfalls and errors.
