Embodying the values of belonging, science and love, the University of Mosul participated in the activities of the fifth central ceremony of Iraqi universities for the academic year 2024-2025, which was organized by the Holy Abbasiya Shrine under the slogan “From the seed of Karbala, giving sprouts” through a delegation of faculty members and students of the completed stages in the university faculties, with a total of 150 students.

This ceremony praised the efforts of the University of Mosul and its continuous endeavor to advance the movement of science and higher education and its keenness to graduate distinguished batches to the labor market, which reflects the sobriety and brilliance of this university, and the renaissance of the city of Mosul after the destruction and sabotage.

The university and the students participating in its activities were honored as an expression of the bonds of familiarity and love between the sons of the homeland to serve the great Iraq.
The number of participants in the ceremony amounted to 4500 students in 61 public and private universities.
