Prof. Dr. Wahid Mahmoud Al-Ibrahimi, President of the University of Mosul, received the delegation of the College of Fine Arts, which included Prof. Dr. Hamid Ibrahim Al-Rashidi, Dean of the College, and the students of the Department of Dramatic Arts, on the occasion of their second place in the Kirkuk University Theater Festival.
