The honor was received by Assistant Professor Dr. Rafal Hassan Hamed, Assistant to the President of the University for Administrative and Financial Affairs, in addition to honoring her and the deans of the colleges of the University of Mosul in recognition of their efforts and to enrich the process of higher education and scientific research of the university with efficiency and scientific sobriety in order to raise it and occupy an advanced position in the well-known international scientific centers.
