Prof. Dr. Wahid Mahmoud Al-Ibrahimi, President of the University of Mosul, received on, Monday, May 12, 2025, members of the Nineveh Election Commission office. He discussed the most important steps and instructions set by the Commission in the field of updating the voter register in order to participate effectively in the upcoming elections.

He also attended the work of the educational seminar of the Commission in coordination with the University of Mosul in the presence of Mr. Farhan Al-Mamari, Director of the Nineveh Elections Office, which explained the procedures followed in the process of updating the voter register in preparation for the elections of the Iraqi Parliament 2025, in addition to the presence of a mobile team working to update the data of voters biometrically.
