Mosul University Enters QS World Rankings for 2026

 

Mosul University has achieved a new academic milestone by entering the QS World University Rankings 2026, one of the most prominent international rankings, within the range of (1201–1400) globally.

The QS ranking is based on a set of precise indicators, including: academic reputation, employer reputation, student-to-faculty ratio, research citations, international student and faculty ratios, international research network, sustainability, and employment outcomes.

This achievement is the result of the continuous efforts made by Mosul University to enhance the quality of education and scientific research, and to meet international accreditation standards, aligning with the sustainable development goals and the strategic vision for higher education in Iraq.

The presidency of Mosul University, represented by its esteemed president, Professor Wahid Mahmoud Al-Ibrahimi, and his assistants for academic and administrative affairs, appreciates the efforts made by all faculty members and staff in achieving this academic accomplishment, affirming its commitment to continue developing the university and academic environment to achieve further successes at both regional and international levels.
