The University of Mosul hosted His Excellency the Minister of Culture, Tourism and Archaeology, Prof. Dr. Ahmed Fakkak Al-Badrani, for an official visit during which he met with the President of the University, Prof. Dr. Wahid Mahmoud Al-Ibrahimi.

The meeting discussed a number of strategic axes, primarily enhancing joint cooperation between the Ministry of Culture and the University of Mosul in the fields of scientific research, cultural education, and preserving the cultural heritage of Nineveh Governorate.

This visit comes within the framework of supporting academic institutions and enhancing the integration of cultural and scientific efforts to contribute to the advancement of the knowledge and civilization of the province.
