Professor Dr. Wahid Mahmoud Al-Ibrahimi, President of the University of Mosul, attended on Sunday, July 20, 2025, as part of his continuous follow-up to the students of the “Study in Iraq” program, part of the discussion session of the Palestinian researcher “Nour Fawaz Atiya Abdul Razak” for her thesis entitled “Shaping Memory and Identity in Israeli Education Curricula ..: Secondary Education Curricula: A Current Study”.

It was also attended by Assistant Professor Dr. Suhaib Khalid Jassim, Dean of the College, a number of faculty members, and a number of graduate students.

It aimed to reveal attempts to form an identity memory through middle and secondary education curricula by appropriating memory, erasing the national identity of Jews who immigrated to Israel, and forming an Israeli memory instead
