In recognition of his outstanding efforts in supporting their rights and facilitating administrative procedures, representatives of the contract employees under Government Order 315—who have not yet been granted permanent positions—presented a shield of appreciation to Professor Dr. Waheed Mahmood Al-Ibrahimi, President of the University of Mosul.

The ceremony took place in the presence of Assistant Professor Dr. Rafal Hassan Hamed, the Assistant of the President for Administrative Affairs, as a gesture of gratitude for the pivotal role played by the university leadership in easing administrative procedures. This includes the issuance of service summary letters and other official orders that significantly contributed to affirming the employees’ legal rights.

The representatives emphasized that this initiative reflects their appreciation for the university’s ongoing support and highlights the University of Mosul’s commitment to justice and fairness toward an important segment of the community.
