The University of Mosul, represented by its President, Professor Dr. Waheed Mahmood Al-Ibrahimi, expressed its sincere appreciation for the prominent role played by Mr. Abdul Qader Al-Dakhil, Governor of Nineveh, in his continued support of the university.
