As part of its ongoing efforts to reinforce a culture of academic quality and enhance the standards of its educational programs, the University of Mosul has received an official notification from the Accreditation and Quality Assurance Commission in the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, confirming the renewal of accreditation for its College of Medicine and the granting of a Quality Assurance Certificate. This decision is based on the first follow-up report reviewed by the Commission’s Council during its session held on July 22, 2025.

The renewal follows the evaluation report of the college’s Education Quality Program, issued under decision No. (2025/14/395), which affirmed the college’s compliance with approved quality standards across academic and administrative aspects.

This achievement marks an important milestone reflecting the University’s sustained efforts to develop its academic programs and strengthen its institutional efficiency, in line with the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research’s vision for quality assurance and academic excellence.
