In implementation of the directives of the President of the University of Mosul, Professor Dr. Wahid Mahmoud Al-Ibrahimi, and based on the proposal and support of the Governor of Nineveh, Mr. Abdul Qader Al-Dakhil.

The University of Mosul, in cooperation with the Nineveh Governorate, announces the launch of an art competition to design a memorial monument that will commemorate the martyrs of Nineveh and Iraq at the Al-Khasfa site, in honor of their great sacrifices and in remembrance of their eternal stances.

The detailed artistic and thematic requirements of the competition will be announced soon, and the winners will be granted appreciative financial awards in recognition of their creativity and contribution to this significant national and humanitarian project.

The University of Mosul invites all artists and creatives to actively participate in this important competition, affirming that this initiative represents a joint effort between the university and local institutions to uphold the values of sacrifice and loyalty, and preserve the memory of generations.
