University of Mosul Hosts IQ and Cognitive Ability Tests for Gifted and Talented Students in Nineveh

Representing the Nineveh Directorate of Education, Mr. Khalid Al-Shahin, Assistant Director for Technical Affairs, attended the event to observe the examination process. He praised the university’s initiative in hosting the occasion, providing an appropriate environment, and ensuring all necessary resources for a smooth and comfortable experience for students.
This step reflects the university’s commitment to nurturing promising scientific talents that represent a bright academic future, while strengthening ongoing cooperation with the Nineveh Directorate of Education to support and develop these exceptional groups.
It is worth noting that the university’s Department of Psychological Counseling and Guidance took the initiative to invite the Directorate to hold these tests with the aim of breaking students’ fear and anxiety barriers, and creating an encouraging environment to help them showcase their abilities.
