In line with his commitment to supporting academic development, Professor Dr. Waheed Mahmoud Al-Ibrahimi, President of the University of Mosul, honored the ministerial team responsible for establishing a PhD program in Nursing on Saturday, August 23, 2025. The ceremony was attended by the Dean of the College of Nursing, Assistant Professor Dr. Tahseen Mohsen Hussein, in recognition of their efforts to advance postgraduate programs and enhance the university’s scientific standing.

The University President emphasized that this initiative addresses a fundamental need and contributes to preparing highly skilled research and professional personnel capable of supporting health institutions with advanced expertise.
