Professor Dr. Wahid Mahmoud Al-Ibrahimi, President of the University of Mosul, inspected the College of Basic Education on Thursday, August 28, 2025. He was accompanied by Assistant Professor Dr. Basel Khalaf Hamoud, Head of the University Academics Syndicate, Nineveh Branch, as well as Assistant Professor Dr. Mohammad Younis Saleh, Dean of the College, and the Assistant Dean for Administrative Affairs.

During the visit, the university president emphasized the institution’s commitment to completing all preparations for a successful academic year. He highlighted the readiness of lecture halls, scientific laboratories, libraries, and various service facilities, ensuring a comprehensive educational and scientific environment for students. He also stressed the importance of monitoring ongoing reconstruction and development efforts according to specified standards, technical specifications, and timelines, with the necessity of completing all scientific and logistical requirements prior to welcoming students for the new academic year.
