On Sunday, September 14, 2025, Professor Dr. Wahid Mahmoud Al-Ibrahimi, President of the University of Mosul, participated in the elections for the University Academics Syndicate Council – Nineveh Branch. He voted to elect the Council Chairman, in the presence and participation of Professor Dr. Abdul Rahim Ibrahim Jassim, Assistant President for Academic Affairs.
This participation affirms the University’s commitment to supporting academic union work and enhancing its role in serving the educational and research process. It also monitors the affairs of faculty and staff members and organizes their belongings, contributing to a more effective and integrated academic environment.
