On Tuesday, September 9, 2025, the Government Contracts Division at the University of Mosul organized a workshop titled “The Duties of Tenders and Analysis Committees and How to Complete Them,” attended by members of the tender opening committees, tender evaluation committees, and division staff.

The workshop, led by Mr. Mohamed Fadhel Ali, discussed the new working mechanisms introduced by the Ministry of Planning, emphasizing the adherence to instructions and regulations regarding tenders for construction and supply projects submitted by companies. This is part of efforts to enhance institutional efficiency.

The goal of the workshop was to streamline the contracting process according to the new policy, ensuring accuracy and speed in completing tasks, contributing to the university’s objectives of progress and success.
