In an effort to enhance administrative and organizational competencies within the university’s colleges and departments, and to promote the concept of participatory leadership and teamwork, the Continuing Education Center, in collaboration with the Quality Assurance Department at the university presidency, continues to run the University Leadership Development Course. The course, which began on Sunday, September 21, 2025, has seen the participation of a select group of department heads, center and unit directors, as well as middle-level faculty and administrative leaders.

In its second week, the course focuses on the administrative and financial aspects, exploring development mechanisms and modern management techniques aimed at improving university efficiency and enhancing institutional performance.

The University of Mosul affirms that these courses are designed to prepare a generation of university leaders capable of addressing future challenges and contributing to the improvement of higher education outcomes and community service.
